Internal Partitions: In complex lightboxes or signs, used to separate different colored LED sources, preventing color mixing.

Q: Does this light-blocking PLA require a high infill percentage to be effective?
A: Not necessarily. Due to its high inherent pigment density, it provides excellent light blocking even at standard 15%-20% infill. However, 100% infill offers the ultimate guarantee.

Q: How to prevent warping when printing large backing panels?
A: Ensure the print bed is level and clean. We strongly recommend using painter's tape or a glue stick (like PVA-based) to enhance first-layer adhesion. Turning off the part cooling fan for the first 3-5 layers also helps reduce warping.

Q: Can it be used in combination with other colored PLA materials?
A: Functionally, absolutely. Please note that frequently switching between different filament colors during a print can lead to waste. We recommend batch-printing all light-blocking parts before switching materials.
